I’m taking second year German, and our teacher is planning a trip to Europe with EF tours for this upcomming summer. The trip is almost 4,000 and I was curious if there are any scholarships I can apply for.

We do offer some fundraising resources, which might be helpful for you and your friends (at http://www.eftours.com/fundraising ). There are suggestions and ideas for group fundraising, as well as individual fundraising.
