It is the natural British superiority that we have not quite shrugged off from our colonial days. See we look around the world and we can quite honestly and correctly say…that is because of us.
The British accent is not seen as “intelligent” just by chance. It is because the British have made huge contributions to culture, science, art and knowlegde across the globe. We are the ancient greeks and romans of our age…or so we think.

ALL japanese consulates in every country gives out application forms to apply for scholarship programs. google search finds their websites in your country. I think i gave more useful info than this stupid video.
