Think about it – If there were such a thing as scholarships for doing basically nothing other than attending high school (or being an international student), then EVERYBODY else, including all of those that preceded you, would have already received them – and the programs would be out of funding because all the money would have been used up long ago. Ergo, there is no such a thing.
