your wrong.completly wrong. having admited that you had no evidence, that statement was invalid before it was writen
5. July 2010 at 9:44 am
you stupid tool, what he’s trying to say is that if you’re spending all your time being a dick and blaming all your problems on other people and passing the book, and not concentrating on what you’re doing wrong then you’re not going to go anywhere.

Hola Matos
5. July 2010 at 10:02 am
Haha! Go ahead and “blast” me bc I don’t practice enough when you’ve never met me before! Shows how bright you are.
5. July 2010 at 10:11 am
As Berlee alum, and a scholarship recipient, I think you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about. If you had a problem with not getting what you wanted because others were “gumming” things up then it’s your own fault. Everyone there has the same opportunities if they go for them. Maybe if you spent more time in the woodshed or networking, and less time blasting the school online you would actually have a decent paying job.
5. July 2010 at 11:02 am
hey i have a question, you know how they accept the non-musical courses (for example history of music) from community colleges well, what community colleges can someone recommend me? thankyou
5. July 2010 at 11:51 am
woah that’s so immoral. Did you benefit at all from going there for college?
5. July 2010 at 11:56 am
well when I was there they actually sent out a letter/email saying that the most successful students in the past at Berklee were the ones who dropped out early…kind of a manipulative way to encourage dropping out. I remember I got really pissed off when I read that
5. July 2010 at 12:43 pm
I understand that after 2 years they just tell the lesser talents that they cant come back. Thats why you have such small graduating classes. Out of 100 freshman guitar players only 4 graduated.
5. July 2010 at 12:59 pm
oh c’mon it’s not a “scam” just because half the students that go there are just rich non-musical kids. right?? LOL
the school has to be good at teaching and doesnt have a bummy staff.
5. July 2010 at 1:27 pm
i believe that. i really do.
even though i’ve never been to berklee or met anyone who has been, i do believe that half of the school are just rich kids with no raw skill at all.
5. July 2010 at 1:45 pm
hey, jw what you majored in at Berklee, also, give me more reasons why you think this school is a scam
5. July 2010 at 1:55 pm
With the hallways crowded with hip-hoppers, indie rockers, and electronic dj’s who weren’t there for the right reasons and shouldn’t have been accepted in the first place, it was impossible to get what I wanted because they gummed up the works.
5. July 2010 at 2:26 pm
No, I graduated from there.
5. July 2010 at 3:08 pm
rejected?
5. July 2010 at 4:00 pm
This is a perfect example of Berklee using celebrities to mske itself look like a legitimate music school. when it’s really a scam.
5. July 2010 at 4:39 pm
I want a scholarship so bad, I know music so much I lag on everything else exept reading. Damn They even took me out of band cause of it!
5. July 2010 at 5:00 pm
berklee`gives`scholarships`to`demosgraphics`that`will`make`the`school`money,`not`to`deserving`talents.
5. July 2010 at 5:38 pm
don’t`go`there`berklee`is`a`scam.
5. July 2010 at 6:30 pm
I had a piano teacher, she was really great at jazz and could teach amazingly well, but she moved off from the school I was learning at to teach at Berklee and now is in the 5-week program. I’m giving up going to the jazz camp in farmington, ME to try to get into the 5-week summer. ANy tips on writing essays for scholarships??
5. July 2010 at 6:32 pm
to people who have been accepted to berklee, what kind of grades do you need to be accepted? I would love to study bass there and become a session musician.
5. July 2010 at 6:54 pm
dam its such a good college but i could never afford it.. this scholarship would be my only hope and music is my life, but man i dont know if i could compete with everyone in the world…
5. July 2010 at 7:48 pm
aaah ah!!!:’(
5. July 2010 at 8:29 pm
i hope 1 day i can go there…
5. July 2010 at 9:22 pm

REQUEST TO THOSE FAMILIAR WITH THE UNIVERSITY
Please post your experiences with program here,
comment on discussions with Victory etc.
Also please rate this and save as favorite.
We would like to see it get nominated as a featured video. Thanks for your support!

Regarding the name, it is named after the founder. Some people like the name, some don’t. Regarding entrance exams, there actually is a 1 hour interview where we reject about 55% of applicants (who do have money). This is because we have limited capacity at startup and want to have a high success rate for graduates so that we can have impressive statistics to report to the media.
6. July 2010 at 2:43 am
you are right, if you set the price it makes it easy. We could say this program is valued at much more than it is. Independent journalists have written about us making comments such as “although priced higher than Trump University, the program offers considerably more. If you are looking for the fastest way to get in business and you value your time, the University of Victory program is an exceptional value.”

pdrg (1 week ago)
Yeh, you know what makes me wary though…’University of Victory’ is nothing if not tacky, bait-style name, the affiliate program seems to offer large rewards, and it’s selling ‘university’ education without enterance exams, lots of library photos etc. Maybe it’s straight up but it’s easy to give away $1M of something you set the price for, you know

Regarding the affiliate program offering large rewards, yes we are for a limited time during startup, but will be scaling that back in the future. Thank you for your comments, they are all very valid.

#2 The scholarship. Aside from the fact the founder’s goal is to educate people because that is what makes him feel fulfilled, it is also a great promotion to create awareness, so we are in fact getting something back.
Thanks you for your comment. Aside from the rudeness you had a valid point.

RESPONSE TO:
NOBODY GIVES AWAY SOMETHING FOR NOTHING
#1 We donate a significant portion of our profits to charities that help children in 3rd world countries. We give this away because we want to help people. Is that giving away something for nothing?

I have known Victory personally and remember the day he bought that Palm Pilot. It cost $550 and was nearly useless with the built-on software. He had to justify to his wife why he spent the money, and a couple months later he was rich from it.
6. July 2010 at 6:25 am
miya, I’m copying some responses I had from my video post over to here because I will be deleting mine. I’m going to upload the newer video with better sound. mel.
6. July 2010 at 6:37 am
it’s good just to hear a positive message, but when it’s an offer to really help change someones life like this, and they have a solid plan to do it, it motivates me to jump on board and get involved. To help and get help.
