It is hard, but since you’re at a community college to raise your GPA, you’ll be fine. But the college that you transfer to wants ALL higher education universities/community colleges you’ve been to submitted directly from the institutions.
After that it’s up to the college admissions team.
So, it’s 50/50.

If you can raise your GPA at the CC then transfer, you should be fine.
