both and sat I &II. if you are transferring at sophomore level. just the college gpa if you transfer as a junniourr.
i also want tranfer to UC as a junior though.

Have you spoken to anyone at UCSD about transferring? I attended UCSD and lower-division transfer is very rare. I would be more worried about how many spots they have open for lower-division students than worrying about what grades count. You should call the admissions office ASAP because I think you should have some backup plans.
