    Dude, thats good. GPA is not that important, especially once you get some experience. Once you have established yourself in your career, I doubt the question would even come up later in an interview.

    I would say it is kinda important. I have applied at a couple fortune 500 companies and they have asked what my GPA was. Your GPA is not bad and you shouldnt worry about it. Most places just want to just know that you have it.

    There are three GPA ranges of interest to employers and HR people:

    * over 3.5 (you’re very smart and may be too smart for this place)
    * 2.0 – 3.49 (you were smart enough to graduate, just like the rest of us here)
    * under 2.0 (you aren’t smart enough to work here)

    3.2-3.3 is a great GPA, it’s sufficient to get you into grad school and is not high enough to intimidate potential employers. There are indeed some places that hire mostly the 3.5 folks but most people in the US don’t work there. ?
