Because of my unsatisfactory performance over the past few semesters (withdrawing to keep my 3.60 GPA) the school has denied my financial aid. If i transfer to another school, can I get it back? I don’t owe the school any money, and I have a mountain of student loans that are in good standing.

Your financial aid award is different at every school, so it’s possible that another school will still give you a decent amount of money. They may refuse you any scholarship money at all though. You could try talking to a few schools you’re considering and see if they have an estimate for you.
